Recipe:
*Icing sugar 1kg.
*Water 1/4cup
*Gelatine 1tablespoon
*C.m.c 1tablespoon
*Glucose 1/2 cup
*Flavour 1 teaspoon
Method.
1. Pour the water in a stainless bowl and sprinkle the gelatine,leave for about Five minutes
2. Put water in a pot,allow to boil and place the gelatine bowl into the hot water,stir and add the glucose to it,stir till dissolved and plain
3. Pour icing sugar in a bowl, add c.m.c and mix together
4. Remove a handful of icing sugar aside for kneading.
5. Make a well in the middle of the icing sugar bowl and pour the mixture of gelatine/glucose and mix together.
6. Pour into your clean table and use the handful icing sugar to knead together very well, place in a zip bag or clean nylon.
7. Use after 8hrs or leave over night before using.
- Note: some icing sugar takes more water,while some don't. When kneading if it's too hard,add little water and if it's soft add more icing sugar to knead.
*Add your desired colour.
