HOW TO MAKE RED VELVET CAKE
Recipe:
*200g of flour
*120g of margarine
*200g sugar
* A pinch of salt
*2 TBS of red food colour
*2 TBS cocoa powder
*1 tsp of vinegar
*1 tsp of baking soda
*1tsp flavour
*1cup of buttermilk
*3eggs
*1/2 tsp preservative
Tsp means Teaspoon
TBS means Tablespoon
Prepare your Buttermilk.
*1 TBS of white vinegar or lemon juice With any milk of your choice , top the vinegar till it comes to a cup.
*Let it stand for at least 5mins before using.
*Preheat oven
*Line 2 6 inch baking pan with butter and flour.
Preparation
*Mix butter and sugar until light and fluffy or double in sizes.
*Beat in the red food colour and cocoa powder.
*Add egg and flavour
*Fold in the flour,salt and preservative and buttermilk interchanging it.
*Add a teaspoon of vinegar and baking soda.
*Spoon batter evenly in 2 6 inches baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for like 30mins.
