 The most moist and fluffy cupcake I've ever had



 **Cupcake Recipe**



Ingredients 


- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 3 ½ tsp baking powder

- ½ tsp salt

- ½ cup unsalted butter, room temperature

-1 cup sugar

- 2 eggs

- 1 tsp vanilla flavour

- 1 cup milk (liquid)


Method

1. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt. 2. In a separate bowl, beat the butter until pale and fluffy. 

3. Add the sugar and beat until combined. 

4. Add the eggs, vanilla flavour and milk. 

5. Pour the batter into a lined cupcake tin and bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes, until fully cooked.

6. Cool completely.
