When eaten alone, this crunchy goodness is enough to snack on all day. Kulikuli is loved by most people.

Kulikuli is made from groundnuts,and today, I'd be teaching you how to make your favorite, kulikuli 😊

.


HOW TO MAKE KULI KULI ( Groundnut cake or, if moulded in round Stony shape, called German stone)

INGREDIENTS

groundnut 20 cups

Salt 

Water

Maggi

Pepper


.

PROCEDURE

✨Fry your groundnut, Allow to cool down.

✨Peel the back n blow Away the back.

✨Grind it into paste (don't add water)

It's best grinded with a melon grinder or grinding stone.

✨Add teaspoon full salt 

✨And 3 Maggi.. (Optional)

✨Add 1 teaspoon pepper(optional) 

✨Add two cups of water to form a paste. Consistency should not be runny at all.

✨Turn  (Stir) very well until oil from the groundnut starts to come out, 

✨ Squeeze out the oil from the groundnut paste.

Note that, the more oil you're able to extract, the more crunchy your kulikuli will be. 

✨Mould on a board to get the desire shape and fry till golden brown. 


Your kulikuli is ready..😋😋
