BEWARE OF CHICKEN POO ON EGGS!
Why do we need to be careful of chicken poo on eggs?
Chicken poo on eggs shell if not removed can contaminate the eggs during cooking process and can cause us diseases.
Big diseases like Histoplasma, Salmonella can be contaminated from poo on eggs.
They are illness caused by little germs that can be found in poo of chicken which sometimes are left on the eggs.
These are called zoonotic diseases because they are usually from animals and can affect human beings at contact with them.
So what should you do when you see an egg with poo on the shell?
Dip the egg into a warm water to flake off the poo.
