Ginger,Lemon and Honey
Here are some of the things you can use ginger for
1.GINGER TEA FOR COLD AND FLU:
- Steep fresh ginger in hot water
- Add honey and lemon to taste
- Drink 2-3 times a day
2.GINGER COMPRESS FOR PAIN RELIEF :
- Grate fresh ginger and mix with water
- Apply to affected area as a paste
- Leave on for 30 minutes to 1 hour and wash out
3. GINGER PASTE FOR SKIN ISSUE :
- Mix grated ginger with honey and yogurt
- Apply to skin for acne, scars, or hyperpigmentation
- Leave on for 15-20 minutes
- wash out with your face soap and apply your face cream
4. GINGER INFUSED OIL FOR HAIR GROWTH
- Steep dried ginger in coconut oil
_ double boil for 5-10minutes
_Allow it settle for some hours and strain out the oil
- Massage into scalp and leave on overnight
- Shampoo and condition as usual( optional)
5. GINGER AND LEMON FOR DIGESTIVE ISSUES
- Mix equal parts ginger juice and lemon juice
- Take 1-2 tablespoons after meals
6. GINGER BATH FOR RELAXATION:
- Add sliced fresh ginger to warm bath water
- Soak for 15-20 minutes
