Cloves and bay leaf for joint pain

 JOINT PAIN NATURAL REMEDY


Joint Pain associated with arthritis is of one the most common health challenges people are battling with these days. 


 INGREDIENTS


1. Bay leaves

These leaves are commonly to prepare foods like jollof rice. However, bay leaves are also known for the ability to reduce inflammation due to its phytonutrients content. Drinking a tea made with this leaf can reduce inflammation that results in joint pain.


2. Cloves

These are common additives in popular drinks like the zobo drink. It is also a natural pain reliever due to the active ingredient called eugenol present in it.


3. Water


PREPARATION

👉1. Pour a glass of water into a pot and boil.


👉2. Add 4-5 bay leaves and boil for 5 minutes.


👉3. Add 3 cloves, turn off the heat and allow it to infuse for 3 minutes.


 DOSAGE

Drink a glass twice daily for a quick result.
