How to use
As long as nettle is cooked or dried then the sting goes away, and you are ready to consume it.
Using the dried nettle leaves, pour two cups of boiling water over the top, cover the container to keep the steam in and let it steep for at least four hours or overnight. It makes a deep green to almost black liquid. Then strain the nettle from the water ,it's ready
You can add honey or fruit juice(Optional)
