 How to prepare Bay leaves and Cloves Tea/Extract for weight loss and flat tummy


Ingredients

Bay leaves

Cloves


Directions:

In a pot, add in some freshly dried bay leaves.

Add in some cloves too.

Pour into the pot, ½ a litre of water.

Allow to boil for 10 minutes.

Turn off the heat, and set aside to cool.

Strain the mixture afterwards into a cup.

Add a few teaspoons of honey (optional).

Take a glass cup once daily
